A customer service representative will contact you to confirm your order details before shipping. Payment is upon delivery.

Shipping time within Egypt:

Cairo – Giza – Alexandria: 3 to 5 working days.
Upper Egypt (Sa'id): 6 to 10 working days.
Other governorates: 5 to 7 working days.
Order processing takes 48 hours before shipping.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays or emergency situations.
